Setting up your Image Library
Before you start downloading high resolution images from the library, you will need to
- Select the images from the website,
- review and/or validate your selection,
- create a user account and
- submit your request to the library administrator (via a form provided on the website to that effect)

1. Selection of images
a. Browse the image library and add the images you wish to download to your caddy.
Note : The images in the library are categorised into sections and sub-sections.
b. To select an image click on the icon under that image, it will be added into your caddy

2. Review and/or validate your selection
Click on the ‘View your Caddy’ link located in the menu on the left to review and validate your selection of images.
a. Review of selection
While reviewing your selection, images can be removed by clicking on the delete button below the relevant image (box with the red ‘X’).
b. Validate your selection
Validate your selection by clicking on ‘Validate my selection’ located in the menu bar on top of the page
On validating your selection, you will be prompted to set up a user account.

3. Creation of a user account for new member
Fill in the relevant fields in the registration form. Please ensure you enter a valid email address.

4. Submission of request to library administrator
Once the form has been duly filled, click on the “Register” button at the end of the page to send request to the library administrator.
An email will be sent to the Image Library administrator - with a copy to yourself - informing both of
a. the creation of your user account and
b. the request for download of images.
Please allow at least 48 hours for the Image Library administrator to validate your selection.
Note: Access to the library is instant, i.e. you will be able to login with your user name and password. However the images you have selected need to be approved by the Image library administrator before any download is allowed. Until the administrator has approved your image selection you will not see any images in your account and the following message will be displayed “There is no images in your caddy”. |

1. Accessing your account Enter the email address you registered as your login and your password into their respective fields located on the left-hand-side under the menu. If your request has been validated, when connected, on selecting the “My selection” link located in the menu on the left, your selection will be displayed in the right window.

2. Downloading images
a. Once logged in, click on the ‘My Selection’ link located in the menu on the left.
b. Select images to download by clicking on the icon located below that image.
c. When prompted, ‘Save’ file to your hard drive/server.
d. (Recommendation: Save the files in a specific folder to make them easier to find after download)
Note : Due to the size of the files being downloaded it is recommended that only one file is downloaded at a time. |

3. No Images in your Account
If you have followed all the procedures within this document and there are no images for download in your account when logged in, the possible causes may be:
Note : Access to images within the library is at the discretion of the administrator
a. If you have just created a new account, you will not have access to any images until the administrator has validated your request for download.
b. Your account has not been given access to download images from the library.
c. If your account was opened more than 48 hours ago, please contact the administrator by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ link on the Menu located on the left. (Please remember to include your name and email address which you used on opening your account)

4. Requesting additional images for an existing account
a. Log into your account.
b. Insert the images you would like to download into your caddy.
c. Review the images you have selected by clicking on the ‘My caddy’ link located in the menu on the left.
d. Validate your selection by clicking ‘Validate my selection’ (located in the menu bar at the top of the page)
e. An email request will be sent to the library administrator. Please allow at least 48 hours or 2 working days for your selection to be validated.

5. No Connection (No Access)
This message implies that your account is not active. In such case, you may contact the library administrator by clicking on the ‘Contact us’ link on the menu located on the left. (Please remember to include your name and email address which you used on opening your account).
Note: Images will only be available for download AFTER the Image Library administrator has reviewed and validated your request. Access to download images is at the image library administrator’s discretion.

6. Log Out
When you have finished downloading images within the Image Library, we recommend that you log Out of the system rather than just closing the browser window. |
